How To Pay?

Terms and Conditions:

BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Mike Ball Dive Expeditions:

If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Coral Sea Dreaming:

Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations from 7 days to 28 days prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure and no-shows - 100% cancellation fee. Should a trip be cancelled due to poor weather of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a full refund. No refunds are offered if little or no sailing occurs.

Ocean Rafting:

Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.

Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:

100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
