Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. Should this occur you will receive a full refund and we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date. By You: If cancellation of booking is made at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you will receive 100% refund. If cancellation of booking is made between 7 and 14 day(s) in advance of departure, you will receive 75% refund If cancellation of booking is made between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of departure date you will receive 50% refund If cancellation of booking is made within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund.
